Blacklist error when applying Blacklist Vinyls, need help

hi..ive noticed that whenever i apply a blacklist vinyl onto my car, the blacklist that im currently playing, e.g. blacklist #12, will appear as 'DEFEATED' and thus, whenever i finish e required races/milestones, im not able to challenge the blacklist, and the game is more or less...stuck at that point.

is there anyway to disable a defeated blacklist so that i can race e blacklist and play e game as per normal, instead of a 'forced-defeat' thanks

or maybe theres a solution to apply blacklist vinyls WITHOUT making the current blacklist defeated.

you may already got a 100% completed savegame(or at least finished story mode) in your MW, sometime, if you load that savegame first, then load up another, this bug will appear.

just finish all the required races, then go to your world map, find that star icon, go there, and start your race with BL member
