where did you record this speed? what do you mean fully mod? hexed? if you want to have fun playing career mode, fine, but i really don't like people who cheat in online game, pointless waste of my time.

Don't jump to conclusions.

When I mean modded I meant the upgrades, not hex or cheating. I did this in career mode too. I don't have online.

I'm only missing Unique Upgrades on a couple areas.

Actually I'd like to know where you can get your car over 242 mph, jumping? that's the only way you might be able to do it I recon. btw, all parts on my carrera gt are junkman, I never saw anything over 242 on m speedo.

Try this with the GT, it might work but I never tested it. (Use stock tranny since there is no Super Pro for the Porsche GT, same with the Ford GT.)

fastest ive gone is 239mph in my supra, but it doesnt have the untimate turbo or engine in it so i should be able to get a better speed later. (i do have most of the junkman upgrades in it though). i cant remember if ive got faster in other careers, but thats the best in this one.

ok, i love one track - Industrial & Bristol, my best time is 1:42.89. Anyone can get faster than that let me know, I'll challenge you online. MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT CHEATING, I'M NOT INTERESTED IN HOW FAST YOU CAN GO IN A HEXED CAR.

well i spent about half an hour racing industrial & Bristol until i finally got perfection without hitting anything. i did nos it at the very end and i always have my nos 3+ so thats why i was going so fast. i would love to race online the only problem is i have dialup and it is really slow

no cheating at ALL. my viper has all seven junkman parts plus the super pro tranny which lets you go that fast. with the ultimate tranny the viper only goes like 242 mph. the only thing i hexed in my game was to get the vinyls and some of the special cars like the C6R and such

yea you need to get the super pro transmission you put that in the viper and i think that makes the viper the fastest car in the game

it is so funny when the helicopter is behind you and you just nos it on a straight away and you see the heli getting smaller and smaller in the rearview mirror

ok i've beaten my record...i know i can go a lot faster but the gear ratios are to long...how can i make them shorter?

EDIT:

i've got all the ultimate upgrades,except for the transmission which is super pro(thanks for the avice darknight)and all the junkman parts

Industrial and bristol is not a black edition track, everyone can play. I'm still not convinced that you can get more than 242mph. i'll try viper with superpro transmission tonight and see what happens. big big question mark though!

ok, you are right, the Viper is fast with the superpro transmission. However, I think it also suffers from the transmission, swtiching gear is not quite smooth as the ultimate part, handling is a bit odd (not bad, but odd) and keeping the momentum at ultra high speed is very tricky, although this is not impossible, I doubt anyone will find it easy in online competition. I haven't unlocked the Industrial & Bristol track for this Viper yet, so you'll need to wait for a few days before I give you the updated track time with the Viper (I'll beat you

). Have you tried any other car with the same superpro transimission trick? Anyone? Any ideas?

yeah it's fast but the gear ratios are to slow...it takes too long for the car to get to the top speed,and handling really does suffer...its like it just takes a tiny tap on the directional key for the car to head straight for a wall...
