corrupt bounty needing sokution to fix (most wanted)

i was using the mega trainer for the 1.3

and i was showing my buddy how good the game was on my laptop
but i left him to play on it for a few mins while i went out of the room

i had autosave on
and forgot to put never can get arrested

but he must of accidentally pressed f2 (the 900 million "shown as 90 ~typo~" bounty addition)
and whammed a few cop cars, cos i ended up with 2000 billion bounty, he got arrested and it saved, but when i loaded the save again to see if it screwed up, the game showed -1,584,277,144 in bounty and now its screwwed.

i wished i could fix this problem.
i can hex a bit so i would need to know how to fix it

if u can id preffer email responce due to the fact i cant always get to a comp with webpage viewing capabilities, but i can recieve email on my cell / mobile.

I think what u need maybe is just a "Save editor" to fix the bounty

How to use :
Type in the bounty that u had, then press "save", remember to press the "Fix CheckSum" button......
