Savegame validator error

I've been having problems with the savegame validator since I helped my buddy win a race.
The savegame validator worked fine until yesterday, when he sent the save and I used the validator. Now when I'm trying to run the validator it wont run, instead I get this message :


Is there any way I can "reset" the validator?



Also I tried re-downloading the tool.
