It obviously doesn't help since we've had it for a long time.
Along with other antispambot protection tools.

Then we need more moderators or something that can stop them but more Moderators seems the only solution cuz there aren't many moderators online to clean the forums and stuff.

It's easy as this, you see a spam thread you ignore it, mods will clean it up whenever they're online and it's not anyone else's problem. They do their job, and I fail to see why users even reply to the stupid threads for anyhow, the only reason I see is just so they can increase their postcount or whatever.

End of story.

Hopefully the upgraded captcha will help a little.

And what The Gravedigger said is true. Don't reply to the topics, we'll delete them as soon as we can.
