This guy does a 6 million point canyon drift with his supra...it took me a few times watching it to realize that he really did hit 6 million lol

just because he hit the wall and nothing happened doesn't mean he is cheating, i use the demo and i hit the wall sometimes and my drift doesn't end

You can always run against the wall just a little during a drift, but not go as far as crashing into it whereas it ends..

You don't lose any drift points if you touch the wall.

I seen him hit a few signs, which will not stop a drift, and he nicked the wall a bit right by the bridge, which about 75% will not stop a drift. My only question is how he got so much speed. Other than that, it looks legit to me.

It's true. You don't lose any points, the drift just ends and you start a new drift from multiplier zero. You keep the score for the drift.

Ok, I tried the Supra there. I can get to the same speed, but i have no idea how he turns like he does. Almost like its on a pivot. I tried keyboard and 2 different gamepads, and couldnt come anywhere close to that kind of turning. I match his score right up until the tunnel, I'm at about 30k+ where he's at about 50k. Starting to really wonder about this one.

I think he used a steering wheel....I tried using my keyboard and I was no where close to his score.

I've tried the exact same level and got the first few turns out just right but I can't keep it up, its reeealy hard. The speed on the bottom is in KM/H btw, not MPH to all of you who are like wtf

Edit: I took a really close look at this video, and to me he never hit or touched a wall..the only thing he ran into was signs and at that speed I guess it might seem like a wall

It's true. I'm terrible at Canyon drifts and I usually crash, but still keep my points.

Ether he is a rely RELY good drifter and have driven the same track 100+ times to get just that one right or he just is one more cheater.

BTW I have a logitech Force GP steering wheel..and lemme tell u..its ALOT harder then with the keyboard

I remembered I had a Logtech driving force feedback steering wheel from my ps2 in my storage area. I hooked it up, and it's really freakin hard to steer with it. I also tried manual shifting, and it seems like you have more control, like its not trying to jump into another gear on you. but still, the turning is driving me nuts. it just don't seem right.

im not sur about this. i do think it was a legit run. this game is so bug'y that even if he did hit the wall hard theres a chance the game got it wrong (iv got away with some pretty hard knocks). however im not sure about the handeling of the car as people have mentiond. meh.

oh yer and the tune is by bloc party cant remember witch song
