All of the music on my playlist is categorized as rock, whether it be alternative, experimental, or garage rock. (Exception: Rammstein.) Though I have to say one of my favourite bands/groups/artists/whatever is Sigur Rós. :D I'm listening to Popplagið (Unofficial title) right now and it's kick-bumbum!

Ohhh yea those guys are good. I like Hoppipola and Glosoli. Those are good ones.

I don't remember if I've already posted this group, but they're really good. One of two CD's I have with a female lead singer. The song Liar is one of the coolest songs.

There are better bands similar to Sigur Rós...
But I'm not saying they're not good :).

And when it comes to rock... Doesn't any of you listen to progressive rock?
It's the best kind of rock ^^

act like your playing the guitar, or better yet, play guitar with them while throwing your head up and down, or throw your head around putting up the hand, index up, middle and ring down, and then pinky up, the hand

Classic rock is the best rock, it is the original rock. Guns n' Roses, Aerosmith etc.

Hardly progressive rock...
Try Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd for instance.
I gotta admit I'm not that big of a fan of Pink Floyd, but Led Zeppelin is teh shiznit ;).
If you want something newer try Porcupine Tree.

Just found out a couple of days ago that they're coming to a festival here in Finland this summer.
Might have to take a trip there.

That and inhaling helium to make your voice sound funny. :3

Anyway, I completely forgot to mention Queen, before. I have their Greatest Hits album, Volumes I & II, and it's one of my favourite albums in my library. :)

Well if you visit my lfm page you'll see Queen battling for the #2 spot on my charts :).
Been a fan since I was like 7 or something.
I used to go to the library and borrow all of their albums and record them on cassettes when I was a kid :P.

2 weeks ago i saw TOOL live in melbourne, and i can honestly say that maynard was the only one at the concert dancing. Being that 1. he is the lead man and 2. maynard is nuts - its excusable.. but i dont think many people can get away with dancing to metal.

Also saw muse live the night before tool. Both awesome live acts that i would highly recommend.

You heard about a Tool concert in Melbourne on an American radio station? Do you even know where Melbourne is?
