Technically, he stole the Audi R8 and Pagani Zonda from EA. Those are models made by EA, and are part of a game that results in monetary gain for EA. He cannot distribute the models, converted to any form, without facing the possibility if legal consequences. EA will be quite within their rights to sue him since he is using their models without permission.

Wrong! EA's license agreement with each game specifically states that parts of the game may not be distributed. It does not mention price, meaning any form of distribution is illegal.blah2 wrote:As long as it's distributed free of charge and you don't take credit for the model and anyone can use it , IT CAN'T BE SUED! Get it in your heads.

Thank you Rayquaza. ^_^ My next plans are to keep Skyline fixed. So here's to do list:
- cars debug.dds file to let people do their own vinyls to the Skyline (99 % done)
- updating Skylines race vinyl to the Carbons true vinyl (0 % done)
- activating door-decals & numbers (25 % done)
- exchanging engine sound to Skylines own one (0 % done)
- fixing too short vinyls to the right sized ones (this takes a lot of time, 0 %)
That is all that I have in mind atm.

Yeah but that still doesn't mean you stop just coz one little Fuc! Hole erased over your vinyl. no offence i love your work & the Vinyl you have for the Skyline but thats a silly reason to stop, Okay i understand he didn't agree to the Readme.txt but its just a vinyl dont take that the wrong way but you don't see EA saying "oh you guys went over our vinyls so theres no more patches" like just say the Patch 1.3 and also it was only 1 person who is stupid/Noob person who should Burn!
Dont take all that the down way im just explaining

NEW CAR: Seat 127 especial
Again, I don't really know why people are making these types of cars instead of 350z's or somethinglike that.
