Woot. My Logitech G5 / Battlefield 2142 combo should be arriving soon. I checked a couple days ago before I ordered and it said that they had changed the UPS 3 day shipping to be free. Now I get to save atleast $15. It's an instant $50 rebate then with free shipping it's just amazing how much money I'm saving as opposed to if I were to go out and buy each seperately.

Anyways, just got back to the gym today, I am going to start getting there daily. I run 2 miles, then jog/walk one mile. Then I move onto abs and chest. I used to do a full bodybuilding workout, but I injured myself a few months back. I went to therapy and I found myself hating it so I quit and let the injury heal on it's own. Once I feel that I'm in a good enough shape, I'll start back on that intensive bodybuilding routine. I was born naturally strong, stronger than most of my friends.

What advantage does an "intensive bodybuilding workout" give? Unless you are going to become a professional wrestler or a model or something, I don't see any reason to put yourself at such a risk. Don't get me wrong, though. Working out every now and then to keep in shape and build muscles is always good.

Because, I'd like to be muscular, I see all my friends have toothpicks for arms compared to me. And that was before I was working out, and most of it was muscle.

It's not good to do everything in one day. Work your abs everyday, then upper body only. Next day, abs and lower body only.

Trust me, you'll see a difference

I already know that, but for now I just want to get rid of my stomach and tighten my chest, so I stick to cardio workouts and upper body workouts. Once that gets done I'll work 2 muscle groups a day, making it 4 days to get my whole body done. Thats what I was doing a few months ago.

Well I know that it's good to workout and get muscular (not something I normally do though). But the way you said "intensive workout" made me think it was on a much larger scale.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it a lot easier for someone with fat/is bulky to build muscle? That said, maybe your "toothpick" friends have been working out but you just can't see results as they have nothing to turn into muscle.

I got to meet Jimmy Fallon at the restaurant I work at. He came back into the kitchen and gave out some autographs, and I just talked to him, didn't really want an autograph. He came in running around yelling "shut it down", pretending he didn't like the food, but he was just joking around. I live in new york, so it's not often a celebrity comes into town. But yeah, that was an interesting change in how my work day usually goes.

Are you kidding me? If you live in New York, it should be infested with celebrities. I was only there for a week and a half and I saw Donald Trump and my parents saw 2 other famous people. So many celebs have their homes in SoHo and other areas of Manhattan.

But that's pretty cool that you saw him, I enjoy watching SNL.

Justin Timberlake was in town for a couple of days in Edmonton for his scheduled concert, and apparently; he, Nicole Ritchie, Jessica Biel, and the guys from Good Charlotte were all seen in a private room at a downtown pub, called Sherlock Holmes'. For those of you that don't know, this isn't a very high end pub and this has been the biggest celebrity sighting in Edmonton ever since they started filming movies at the Mall. And for proof, someone took a cell phone picture of Justin with him wearing a black toque (it's not even cold here).
