Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Hey I don't notice any decals on the front or rear windshield. I didn't like that limitation in Carbon

Please give pictures of proof, such as the word "Laguna Seca" in the picture.viper16 wrote:New Track Laguna Seca

Here's yet another gameplay video from the X360. With quality sound this time.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Whee! I managed to get my hands on the Xbox360 ProStreet Demo today at the 2007 Games Convention Asia. It was GOOD!!! That's all I can say. I am satisfied, for now. Only 2 modes were given in the demo though. EA was a major hit at the convention 'cuz of Crysis and some dancing game at the Nintendo Wii which attracted the kids.
Here're some pictures I snapped with my phone while I was at the event (click picture for larger view):
ProStreet gaming booth
Not a very clear shot.. Was pushed by someone accidentally. >.<
Someone else playing..
YES, it was hard at first try, especially with the rumble switched on. I didn't know how to de-activate it. LOL!
I made it!! Haha!
I'M LOVIN IT!!
Open for any questions about the game if there are. I'll try to answer as many as I can, if I can answer 'em.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Hmm, I don't think I saw bits and pieces coming out. It's just the kits as far as I know. I didn't really pay much attention to it. Obvious reason, 'cuz I was racin'. Hee!
What you see in the videos are pretty much what I experienced in the game.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
theres a little Mini expo similar to E3 only its for the public. EA might bring Pro street there
anywho Andre from what i see the in Nitrocide races people are having one helluva hard time keeping the car on the road...actually in most videos people are having a hard time driving the cars.
Did the controls feel a bit simy or are these peeps just crappy drivers?

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Oh cool! Hope you get to try it..
Anyways, about that question, yes. It is that hard at first try. It's not that they're crappy. Haha! Even as I first got my hands at driving the BMW, the feeling is compeletely different from Carbon. The turns were more real. So as the car goes faster and faster, turns get harder and harder, and hence you'll lose control.
But if you play long enough, you should be able to get the hang of it. No problem. In fact, you won't even crash. I managed to finish the entire race without crashing, PLUS first place.

Does it still have speedbreaker and reset?

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
even if it had, you don't need to use speed breaker in Speedchallenges. no reset, only totaled

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Nope, no Speedbreaker. At least I didn't see any. About the Car Reset, I'm not really sure if there is any. I did see one EA representative helping out on someone who went off road and couldn't get back on the main road, and he pressed a button, then the car resetted.powerof1000 wrote:Does it still have speedbreaker and reset?
Once again, I'm not sure. I have to go see it again, if I have the time tomorrow.

@ Fishwhiz: Nice find, the graphics look okay for a Wii game, but I'm still not sure whether I would want it for PC or Wii.

instead of taking the time to post that message, why didn't you go check yourself?Redshift wrote:Hey ! Nothing new about the official website or the official soundtrack of the game ???

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
@ Fishwhiz: Maybe because someone here might already know something about it. Plus, I don't think that posting a short post like that and researching about the soundtrack of an unreleased game would take the same amount of time.

Hmmm...
Still prefer the next-gen versions (ps3, 360) and the ps2, but on the wii? interesting.
