Creativity: 7 (Splatter brushes used in different colors under a Ferrari, nicely accentuates the car)
Appearance: 8 (Fantastic color combos, however, using a trancparency for the white parts might improve the look of the sig, and perhaps a smaller sig)
Difficulty: 3 (A great cutout of a car placed over some spatter brush work and what looks like some scanlines. Not complex, but a good outcome)

Creativity - 8 :: Surprisingly simple, and I've yet to see any other sigs that are similar (that I recall).
Aesthetics - 7 :: Fills up signature space very nicely without overcrowding brushes and filter effects.
Difficulty - 8 :: The fact that it's so simple yet looks so good and considering it was made in MS Paint is reason enough to get a good difficulty rating.

Overall - 7.66~ :: Nice sig, very classy.

Appearance: 6 (The background though it's unique, it's not so appealing to the eye)

@ HaZ: Thanks I believe one of the reasons my current sig looks good is due to the "widescreen" effect I've created by putting symmetrical black bars. And I'm glad that you gave the difficulty rating that you did because even though there's not much more than making minor adjustments to an image, cutting out the right section of a picture can be difficult. Take the following sig I quickly created as an example, it's from the exact same picture and only slightly lower than where I got my current sig from yet it doesn't look very good:

Creativity: 9 - I don't think anyone else has ever created a sig for a mouse
Aesthetics (HaZ's fancy new word): 5 - Nice background but the mouse doesn't flow, try blending the background and the mouse. Also, the fonts you used aren't the best
Difficulty: 6 (I'm not very familiar with the features of PS, so don't take this one too seriously)

Overall: 6.666...

HaZ, I disagree with Bronto. I think the background is very appealing to the eye. Nice consistent colors, and a cool design that flows nicely with the car.

Porsche-AG, I would rate your sig, but I pretty much agree with what HaZ had to say about it... Very simple, yet very appealing. And I dig the widescreen effect.

I'm new to this sig designing thing, so go easy on me. The pictures used were taken by me as well.

Creativity: 3 (Other than combining two pictures I don't see much creativeness in this one.)
Appearance: 7 (The blending done between the two pictures is absolutely beautiful. The font used is nice and doesn't draw attention away from the main focal point. The dual stroke adds a very nice touch however this sig doesn't get a 10 from me due to the scanlines. Scanlines can look nice if used in a subtle way {refer to my sig} with a low opacity or not using them at all.)
Difficulty: 2 (Placing two stock pictures and blending them together, adding font, scanlines, and adding a stroke isn't a hard task at all. Of course the difficulty can vary with the program used, but I automatically will assume that Photoshop was used.)

Grand total: 4 (sorry if it seems harsh, it's a good sig, but the creativity, scanlines, and simpleness of it take away from the scoring.)

Creativity: 9 (sweet approach on the Silvia, getting all the focus on the fav drifting car)
Appearance: 10 ( looks purely great, headlights, a bit of the tech brushes, the glow effect, the text and the reflection matches great, scanlines, a subtle border and the black brushed lower side, all come together perfect)
Difficulty: 9 (if you know what you wish, you could have done those in an instance, choosing the right colors, the right brushes and the right effects, all go to a quick result)

Overall: 9.33
