Apparently it would seem the vent is too small for a human to get into. Try using the glass to rewire the control panel to work for you. Unless the door is already open this is a stupid suggestion.

Find a relatively large piece of glass and use it as a mirror to see what's inside the room.

Just to clarify, a summons notice is a document telling you that you have to appear in court on a certain day. So perhaps I did something naughty
