Over here, they usually use motorbikes to cut thru traffic in order make the traffic clear off a lane so that the VIP can pass thru. If it was a volvo how the heck is it gonna squeeze thru? hehe..

it was supposed to be "big suvs" instead of "volvos". Got carried away on what they use here.

But its still the same idea isn't it, if it was a cadillac even, its impossible to squeeze thru heavy traffic..

Just came home from the Monsters World Destruction Tour, and the unfortunate thing is, I misplaced the card for my dad's camera so I couldn't take photos...

They had:

-Monster Patrol
-Outback Thunda (which caught on fire multiple times lol)
-Batman
-Scooby-Doo (and by thins I mean Trucks, not characters...)
-the world's fastest Jet Van, clocked at 380-something kph (sends a shockwave halfway across the arena each time he lights it up). There was another Van as well, and they both toasted some cars. Awesome.
-Freestyle MX, mini-bikes and ATVs (the mini-bikes were the most entertaining because they decided to be heroes and fail monos...)

No offence, but I never really got what was so good about M3s...

I always prefered RS4s. And I just happened to see one yesterday, parked in front of my house. When it left, the SOUND! OMG! THE SOUND! IT WAS AMAZING! =P~

I want one, just for that sound track, and it would reside just on the side of my R8. (I wish)

The M3 was the original high-performace small saloon. Okay, the first generation was only built as a coupé but they were the first German marque to really push the Q-car idea. Having driven both an RS4 and an E92 (though not an M3) and owned an E46 M3 CSL and E36 M3 Evo, I have to say that they are far, far better to drive than the RS4.

The BMW is front engine, rear drive, with a trick differential, extremely responsive steering, a better interior (though not better built I must say), a more lively engine and more responsive and engaging. Whilst the RS4 is no doubt fast, faster if compared to the E36 and E46, it doesn't really involve you as much to drive. Compared to the E46 I think it's worse to look at, though compared to the E92 I'm not entirely sure...

As for sound, whilst the 4.2 FSi V8 sounds great, you can't beat a highly strung straight six with a vocal exhaust.

Remember, despite the fact the RS4 and M3 are similar in their style of car, they're completely different in their delivery, styling and handling. The RS4 is sort of a civilised brute, like a boxer in an expensive suit. The E46 and E92 are more like a Judo master- they may not be as tough or as powerful but they're a fair bit more fun and much more aglie. And the CSL? It's pretty much a britcar with a nice interior and comfy seats.

And comparing the V8 sound which comes with the e92 M3, much better than the RS4. We'll see what they bring up with the new version of the RS4. Anyways, the A5 looks very very much like 3 Series Coupe, at least the rear end.

I've always loved the E46 M3 CSL. One of the greatest cars ever made IMO.

I never owned it from new but I believe they had Mitchellin semi-slicks all round. When I had it it was on Toyo T1R Proxies out front and T888 semi-slicks rear. Great in the dry, awful in the wet.

At first I love the 2008 Shelby Mustang GT500. I got to a car show and saw the corvette ZR1. Now I have seen the coolest car.

So two of your favourite cars are the GT500 and the ZR1. And you're an environmentalist.

Wow.

That is one of the most convincing arguaments I've ever read on this site, and it's shifted my stance to neutral. You know, you could be some kind of lawyer or debater... seriously.

HOWEVER, if I had to pick either Audi or BMW....

Then it's clear as crystal... (audi)

It's my job to convince the MOD of what military hardware to buy, so that's probably why ;)

To break it down easily-

RS4- Civilized but very fast, a proper Q-car.
M3- Mini supercar.

@steelsnake-awesome! Like most kids, I think it'll be great talking about Eurofighter 2000s being bought for no apparent reason... anyway, yes, it sounds like a cool job. MOD! I always thought you were civilised :) . Earn a lot?

oh, no, i take that back.

@taz947-I don't think he'll be back-2 posts.
