Re: Need For Speed Undercover
If you played Most Wanted you would know that the Choppers fly low. they even landed in MW.
Re: Need For Speed Undercover
The game looks awesome so far, I'm glad that they are bringing it back to it's origins.. most wanted
Re: Need For Speed Undercover
i agree, if the cars handled better, there was damage, and the graphics were better most wanted would have been my favorite game. this looks pretty good, looks like they're finally getting stuff right this time around. can hardly wait. i hope that when gc starts that there will be new gameplay footage coming out to see.
Re: Need For Speed Undercover
I'm sure about that, I mean.. they didn't put any gameplay footage of the game at all.. so I think this is the right timeFishwhiz wrote:I hope that when gc starts that there will be new gameplay footage coming out to see.
Re: Need For Speed Undercover
Damn the handling is same's as Most Wanted's There's a gameplay footage from front bumper at the oficial site. Also if you notice, all roads except the one you have to race are blocked with concrete barricades (not arrows) and that's damn unrealistic.
.
Re: Need For Speed Undercover
I almost think they are bringing it back to roots even older than Most Wanted. So far, the majority of the vehicles I've seen are exotics, with a few $30-40k range performance cars mixed in. But man, it seems like they are spending a lot of money on the development of this game, with those Hollywood-quality cutscenes and such, it will be a shame if this game stinks.
Re: Need For Speed Undercover
I think we will get videos soon. The GC is taking place in Germany and Undercover is thereGBMax wrote:I'm sure about that, I mean.. they didn't put any gameplay footage of the game at all.. so I think this is the right timeFishwhiz wrote:I hope that when gc starts that there will be new gameplay footage coming out to see.

Re: Need For Speed Undercover
You know, it will be a shame if this game sucks as bad as Carbon did, especially since EA appears to have spent big bucks producing this game.

They get alot of expensive Hollywood stuff, when IMO they should spend their money on giving us a decent working game, with a minimum amount of glitches and crashes. spend time and money on a good big carlist, and the rights to use REAL tuning parts, instead of trying to be as ORIGINAL as can be by making your own stuff.
Re: Need For Speed Undercover
looks like a new gameplay video! it shows 1st person view driving around sunset hills while being chased by cops- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6or3ajb ... re=related
and @ kimd41- how do you know the handling is the same as most wanted's? youve never played undercover before!
but if it is handling like most wanteds, it will kind of suck because at low speeds the car slides around an awful lot. bojan said that the cars will be light and grippy this time around, so it can't be that bad.
Also that 1st mission video is pretty interesting, it looks like there will be a normal porsche 911 turbo in there as well as the gt2.

All those videos people are posting, including the first mission and the Sunset Hills drivethrough are available on www.needforspeed.com. Move your cursor over the pieces of glass (I think they're pieces of glass) floating about.
Re: Need For Speed Undercover
Oh wow, the game actually has damage. Not very realistic damage, but still, damage.
Apart from that, the new game has the same carlist... same environment... same concept... same bad acting... and same horrid bodykits. This can only go well.

Re: Need For Speed Undercover
Oh my god, how can some guys conclude that Undercover's handling is like MW's ? Watch the video, notice the way that car hits the fence and bounces out,it's more likely to be Prostreet-ist.
Anyway, i prefer GTR series' handling
Sorry if u guys got problems with my english

Re: Need For Speed Undercover
