NFSPS - PC (Unbelivably Slow)

Hi,
i thought id buy need for speed pro street on pc just to see what the game is like an to compare it to the ps3 version
unfortunatly when i installed an tried PS on the pc the first race in he nissan 240sx the car didnt hardly move it was that slow , it like it Freezes (resumes) Freezes (resumes) freezes
WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Yeah.. Pc specs would be nice to know.

it has all the right ones for the game
it matches the corresponding pc specs on the back of the game case
but it does work its just very very very slow

If you mean your specs meet the minimum requirements and then you play with anything more than the minimum settings, of course the game is gonna be really slow.
It's gonna be slow in some places even with the minimum settings.
And could you just tell us your specs?
And how recent are your gfx-card's drivers and such?
