Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
New location? Done. New cars? Done. Choppers? Done.
Intro concept? Mundane and repetitive, just like in Carbon. Except that it's in daylight now and the credit introduction.
My 2 cents worth.

Hopefully they make all heat levels actually difficult.
In MW heat levels one and two were very easy to escape from

I don't like the driver. There he is, playing what could easily turn out to be the best Need for Speed ever, and he's scared to go past 100 miles an hour.
Lame.
Lame.
Indeed. I can't even count the number of times I accidentally evaded the heat 1 or 2 cops because the only one left smashed into a semi or dumptruck.crossz06m3 wrote:Hopefully they make all heat levels actually difficult.

Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
haven't we already seen this?
Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
Looks cool, sorta looks like the into to csi or something. But the guy was driving slow.
So im assuming where gonna do this when we click on the career mode in the game.

100% agree. I think a special education kid on cough medicine would go faster.Dunko wrote:I don't like the driver. There he is, playing what could easily turn out to be the best Need for Speed ever, and he's scared to go past 100 miles an hour.

Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
Anyone ever think that he is going slow on purpose, to make it seem a little more dramatic? It's not as fun when the cops can't keep up with you. But then again..
Seems like this website is a ghost town. No longer worth a visit or anyone's time.
Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
Yep, he's driving slowly on purpose, 'cause u could see him reducing speed when it increases to 120mph or more. Maybe to keep us interested!

Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
i found it weird that ea is still trying to show us wat cars are there going to be in game when the game is like 1 day more when it is fully on sale. and i found out that the pc will be getting eariler than the other platforms by 1 day. i dun noe does this affect to all over the world but i found this out at EA singapore

Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
We always get NFS earlier than the rest of the world, surprisingly. Call us privileged that our EA headquarter is solely dedicated to Singapore and no other countries within the border. LOL!
We got NFSU2 a week before it was launched in Europe and Canada.

Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
Hey Andre_online! What's so repetitve about it? The video shows what it's supposed to - a police chase. What else do you expect to see, fighter planes?
Look, if you've made up your mind about it, why do you have to be compulsarily negative about it, and spoil the enthusiasm of those who like the game?
You do have the right to say what you want, but seriously, if you hate Undercover that much, then you are wasting your time viewing these videos.
I suggest you find a "better" game, and stick to it. Don't waste your majesty's time on games that your highness does not like, like Undercover.
OK?

Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
You're somewhat contridacting urself. What's so repetitive? The chases are definitely repetitive. hello? you can almost see chases in every video EA release on NFS Undercover.kulhre wrote:Hey Andre_online! What's so repetitve about it? It's his opinion dude, so chill, why are you so fussed about his opinion? and then saying "you do have the right to say what you want". double contradiction!
This doesn't affect the whole world. Just Singapore. As Andre said we get our games faster than other countries. Australia's getting PC version on 20th nov, but the consoles 18th. New Zealand are getting all platforms of the game on 21st.SLJ wrote:i found it weird that ea is still trying to show us wat cars are there going to be in game when the game is like 1 day more when it is fully on sale. and i found out that the pc will be getting eariler than the other platforms by 1 day. i dun noe does this affect to all over the world but i found this out at EA singapore

Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
Police chases can get repetitive, but so can racing games. There's just so much unique gameplay you can put into a racing game; eventually, it'll seem repetitive.
However, I do agree that EA has been focusing on police chases a lot. Perhaps this is due to the nature of the game (i.e., playing as an Undercover cop trying to infiltrate a gang operation), or perhaps EA wants to tout the presence of the police, especially after their noticeable absence from the last NFS. Whatever the case, I can't say I have any complaints about it. I felt that the intro cinematic was quite strong (albeit a lot like Most Wanted, but then again, this is Most Wanted 2), and even the first "mission" was quite decent. My only complaint: that car is hideously tuned!

Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
I really like the way the cinematics blend into the actual gameplay.
Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
In my opinion... This is pimped Most Wanted This is all from me
Re: NFS Undercover Cinematic Intro
This; I like!
In-game cinematics is something veery cool, although i hate hittin' cops on the front.
And a good thing 'bout police is that they're takin' it all outta their cars and not slowin' down for the player. At last it gives us something that makes us really race against the police!
