Are you saying you don't know how to scroll between colors to paint your car?

If so... use the 9 and 0 keys on your keyboard. If you're playing a console version, there should be a few button images in the painting menu that show you what you need to press.

If your using the PS3 use R2 and L2 and the right joystick to choose your colours.

in the wii version, it's like the past nfs, where it shows "blocks of the color"
