Lame... yeah, I don't drive to uni in the city. Either bus it with friends, or go with mum to car and catch the free city loop bus.
Uni's awesome! I love the bar there! I was there for 2 days and already went to the bar twice. Probably joining soccer and tennis, and maybe the movies club where they watch films in the cinema. Lol. Joined the engineer's club which has a massive pub crawl, lol... biggest in the southern hemisphere apparently... lol. So I'm a mechanical engineering beer and burger monster. There's also a LAN gamer's club, but I find 26 hour LAN parties a bit extreme, there's also a console gamer's club, looked ok, but I just go to my friend's home cinema, lol... or have them around mine, and then there's heaps of random stuff... like a LARP club, lol... saw a few mages, and a 17th century club... Oh, and the uni has a glider and a gliding team! Lol. Of course, that's to keep me busy when I don';t have to work. lol
Adelaide isn't really a hole, it's ok. We have the Fringe festival happening, guitar festival, Clipsal 500, Womadelaide, etc. There's also some fair good clubs around, HQ is the big one with multiple arenas, lol, and plenty of bars. The University stuff is in the Adelaide Uni campus on North Terrace across from Rundle Mall and Rundle Street, a good place to go and eat is close too. Train Station and the casino are nearby, lol. So yeah, the uni is in the spot where everything is happening in town, lol. And the trams are close by so we can hop on those and go down to Glenelg, the main beach after uni.
It's not a bad place... could be better though. Not quite a hole, but not as exciting as Perth or Melbourne or Sydney, lol. But the uni life is good.

I flew directly over Adelaide on the way to Sydney the other week, so I got a good look of the city for a few minutes. I guess it doesn't look and sound as bad as I imagined. And best of all, you're actually close enough to drive to other cities, unlike us.
Lol I forgot to come on here on my b-day. Got Halo Wars and some cash and that was about it. It was also the birthday of the surgery on my knee just in case anybody was interested lol...

I was testing you guys, how do you react with other people and your way of communication, the IGN wanted a report from me and i did it, that's why i left the website for a lot of time, i was writing my assignment to the IGN reporting groups, this is it, i am sorry for getting a lot of you guys angry but this reporting thing is part of my job you see the thing, and i ment to do english and grammar mistakes! I apologise to you again guys for getting you angry from me, trust me i love you guys but reporters use these kind of ways and i wonna apologise to the management and admins of the NFSUnlimited.net

But the most important thing that i am concerned about is that you guys don't get angry from me i didn't mean to hurt your feelings or get you angry on purpose, i love you guys and i wish you accept my apology but i just saw that the NFSUnlimited.net is a great step for my reporting future, and in the assignment that i gave to IGN i said a lot of stuff that's good about you, although you get angry from me but i still said good stuff, especially Andre_online, i saw his personality is so special, Carcrazy and steelsnake too, their personality is special too, And believe it or not, i am not so good at cars!

"Those guys are creative and nice, from my experience in the NFSUnlimited.net i saw that everybody got an different oponion and ideas that they like to discuss imedietly, i looked stupid in front of them, because their brains detect what the other members say and they know how to reply in the right way, they get angry easily especially that guy called (steelsnake),he got the most powerful personality and oponions, anything i did wrong in there he corrected it in a hard, sharp and in a little offensive way too! but they are good guys anyway, but they are so cool guys, although they get angry fastly bt they know the right thing to do and this is the thing that i wished for to see, and i saw that from a member called Andre_online who is 21, smart, wise and friendly, i wish i become their friends more than that, my communication with them isn't going so well, If i wasn't a reporter i coulded reach their hearts faster than that and you know that IGN, you know me well IGN, and i will give you the next assignment soon!"

There's a lot of mistakes. I seriously doubt you're a reporter and I honestly think you're kissing our asses here to try and become popular or something. Don't take this so close to heart like you usually do.
I'm still 17 for a good 3 months... which is lame because now that all my friends are legally adults my social life is pretty screwed up. I went to the Fringe street party, but they had to hit a few pubs and on one of them, the favourite as it turned out I didn't get let in, and I ended up standing on the other side of a fence at a pub for an hours trying to have a convo through it. It worked, but then they disappeared for 10 mins to get drinks >_<. Then they're all going to the casino and clubs, and no one wants to go to all ages events or the uni bar because it's uni... It's going to be a crap 3 months.
Of course, that's to keep me busy when I don';t have to work. lol
