Hi, I have a problem and I want to know if other PS3 G25 users have it aswell.
I start up the game (on PS3) and in order to be able to use the G25 I have to turn off the sixaxis controller otherwise I cannot drive with the G25. Than if I need to customise my car, but since it is a pain to use the G25 buttons for customisation, I try to switch on again the controller, but nothing, it does not work or respond. I have to use the wheel.
Somebody else has this problem please? Any help as this is a pain? Thanks

I play Shift on the pc, but I do own a PS3. Could it be that the ps3 recognizes the sixaxis controller, but assigns it as controller2 and therefore it ignores its inputs in various menus?
Try the following after connecting the sixaxis: call forth the playstation menu, go into Accessories and Assign Controllers. Make sure your sixaxis is Controller1. Then go back to the game. See if that helps. Obviously, before you race, you would need to reassign the sixaxis as controller2 in order for your wheel to work again as primary controller - hopefully the system is clever enough to just swap, instead of making your wheel controller3 instead of controller1.
