Porsche 918 In Hot Pursuit

Criterion recently twitted: "Porsche 918 Spyder. Unveiled Geneva March 2010. Playable in NFSHP 3 days later. A hybrid supercar that does 200mph.".

The 918 is powered by both a 500-horsepower V8 and a pair of electric motors (one for each axle) producing an additional 218 hp. Check out this promo video.

Need For Speed ALWAYS had a Porsche... even one that had ONLY Porsches...

Ferraris on the other hand... I have a feeling we won't be seeing it again... except maybe another DLC through XBOX360 exclusive >.>

i am kinda amazed. we have only seen supercars like zonda, lambos and the ccx in the trailers and pics apart from a few cars. now this porsche comes to the scene. this is gonna be awesome

That'd be hypocritical of Ferrari. Then again, since they let EA had Ferraris in HP/HP2, but not MW... still, this is basically HP3 so I'm hoping we'll be seeing them.

The only reason why Ferrari didn't allow their cars in Most Wanted is the retarded fear of having them riced (as if everyone who buys a Ferrari in the game is automatically going to rice them out). Lamborghini obviously doesn't care, which, TBH, makes them a better car company.

no. NFS 2/2SE and HP didn't have any

anyways, so far this is just getting better and better.. i hope they mostly keep tuners & muscle cars out. a little customisation would be nice, but not essential
