Juggernaunt not working

I'm stuck in pursuits and when I want to use Juggernaunt it won't bother working. What's worse is that everytime I use it the Juggernaunt goes down. I lost $238 because the stupid Juggernaunt won't work. Can EA Please fix this?

I know the bug.. got the same problem.
