Well, as the title suggests, I'm working on new Street racing game in the style of NFSU, Juiced etc.
Currently do not have a name for it yet.
Some of the things you can expect from it;
-semi realistic physics
Not trying to be Forza or GTR here, but I definitely don't want to be as arcade as NFS.
-realistic car specifications
Accurate values of Power/Torque etc. You won't see a golf keeping up with a GT-R.. no way

-No arcade behaviour such as replenishing nitrous and rubberbanding AI
-circuit/point-to-point/knockout/drag race modes
-100+ cars
Not sure if all of them will be available at initial release, perhaps a part of them will release later like an "expansion pack" or something. Here's the list: Clicky! (.xls)
-plenty tracks (don't know exact amount just yet)
-Car customisation
bodykits, rims, spoilers etc etc. No massive rice with outrageous kits or spinners though.
-Day/Night/Rain options for all tracks
Some things that you might see;
-multiplayer
this is something really extensive and not exactly a part I'm going to worry about so early on
-Car damage
Currently can't say yet if it will affect performance and handling (I hope it will though).
-drift mode
-engine swaps
-incar camera (very big maybe)
Things that you won't see;
-licensed cars/parts
definitely not happening, no way I can pay for that

-police
Leaving that to NFS
-traffic
-free roam
too much work and it's hardly ever properly used anyway
Media
Currently don't have much to show, but I'll add things over time.
Small customisation demo (Unity webplayer required)

You can use the left mouse button+drag to turn the car around, much like in NFSU2 and similar.
Currently contains: CR-X, 155 Q4, Supra
F.A.Q
Q: What game engine are you using?
A: Unity3D.
Q: What will the graphics be like?
A: Trying to give it my best.. I'm hoping for something along the lines of NFSMW quality (the original, not the upcoming one).
Q: What will the system requirements be like?
A: I'll know more about that when I'm further in development.
Q: When will it be released?
A: When it's done.
Q: How much will it cost?
A: Don't know yet.
Q: I like what you're doing here, can I help somehow?
A: YES! you can in fact help with a lot of things:
-I still need a good name
-If you own one of the cars from the list, you can really help me out by providing sound recordings.
-If you think you are good at designing things, you can help design bodyparts or even tracks and you'll really speed up the development process.
-feature ideas are always welcome
-if you can help out with actual development/modeling or whatnot, that's also very much welcome of course.
When you provide me with any of these, you'll have my gratitude and get your name in the credits
