Car stories

Post by PSZeTa »

Share your funny, intresting, and whatever car stories here.

I readed in a car magazine from the Netherlands that an idiot blew the engine of this Civic Type-R because he shifted from 5 to 2 on the highway.. He thought the limiter would prevent the engine going into the red zone..

And a real sad story. :(

There is a kid here in the Netherlands. 9 years old, and with a decease. His life won't be long, might reach 11, 12. His biggest wish is something really impressive.

Being a passenger in a Subaru Impreza.

His mother messaged a Subaru driver, and the mail came into the Subaru Club Holland. The mother knows that her son would be very happy to see 10 Impreza's next to each other. But when the mail came into the club..

Oh dear.

A true number of 174 Impreza's came by.

All members paid for a nice Impreza RC car, a Subaru flag and some scale models for his brothers and himself.

With his life that isn't going to be long, I'm happy to see him happy.

ummm... me and my dad went fishing.. when we were about to leave, it started to rain. so we ran to our old dodge spirit. we tried to wait the rain out.. well the rain was going down for about 2 hours so my dad decided to leave... the lake was in the middle of Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs. Well when we were leaving, going through the muddy dirt roads, my dad lost control of the car and the hit the side of the road and flipped the car. we were ok though. it was so fun.... -lol-

Maybe not a car trip, but still, nevertheless a bit fun you can say.
But could been terribly wrong.
I was sitting on a bus on the way to school, I got down to the bus stop early so I decided to take the bus on the tour around the area (Heads up a hill and turns around before coming back and heading the other direction)
It was an icy cold winter morning, and the road was icy.
Once we had turned the bus around and are about to head downhill (There is a corner on the end of the downhill)
The bus lost traction (No chains on the wheels and on slippery ice and downhill, spikefree tires are worthless)
the bus skidded down the downhill, sideways.
Luckily, the bus managed to stop before hitting the snow edge after sliding downhill, we could keep on going though, but if we hadn't managed to stop it, well, no school that day, thats for sure.

LMAO!
here's my storie:
I was driving to school on the bus and we had a new bus driver. The bus is one of those old ones with the hood sticking out instead of being flat(well, in this area it's old). So we are driving rigt to school and there was another bus in front of us making a turn and we where driving to the turn like 50mph. We all thought that the bus driver was crazy and thought that she was gonna slow down a bit cause the other bus was right there! So now she even goes faster and faster. We ram that bus like hell!! Going probably like 65mph. Most of the students where ok including me. The kid on the bus in front us were all in shock. She said the brakes weren't working the gas pedal was stuck  OMG i was in shock as well, seeing us going so fast into the bus. Thank god that bus was there, if not, we would've kept going.

Ok, maybe this story ia not so close-to-death, but still intresting to see. Not long ago I was hanging aroound in the street during lunch time. I was looking at a crappy Ford Falcon Pick-Up 80-something, (You may say that doesn't exist. Unfortunately it does here <Local Industry>) because it had a wheel bolt missing. The cars owner (I suppose he was) came, took a 4 gallon water tank from the back, opened the hood, and filled the radiator with some of the water, untill it poured out. Someting to consider, the engine had no air filter. Then, he took one of the battery wires, which was disconnected and connected it to the battery. Something inside started buzzing. Now the guy took a screwdiver, which he had propperly kept in a chasis hole, and and connected something of the engine. The engine started, which was rather surprising. The guy hoped into the car and left.

Leftovers from a duck.. A friend of my brother was driving at the highway.. Till he saw a flash and felt a bang against his car. He calls his friend, that was driving next to him. He speeds up a bit, to see the front. He says the license plate is loose. So they enter the first parking lot they see. The driver discovers that 30% of the duck is still in his bumper..

Yuck.. *pukes*

I heard about some guy in Germany who accidentally filled his diesel car with petrol, so he siphoned it out and then got a vaccuum cleaner to try and get the last few drops.
Then the vaccum cleaner exploded.
He was lucky that the whole gas station didn't explode.

LOL

i got another story, well, not actually involving me but anyways.

There was this dude in a busy street in his riced up supra.

he decided to do a three point u turn. note that this is quite a busy street... anyway, he u turned to the other side and blocked off quite a lot of cars. he didnt stop in time and crashed into a parked car in the parking lane. he tried to avoid trouble by trying to do a runner. so he completed the rest af the three point turn by reversing and in the process, hit another car behind him.

he drove away prtty quickly after that. but not before the people he hit got his number plate. :D

Both ends of his car was severely damaged.

I have one. My uncle or something was driving his UPS truck and he hit a deer. Where he was, if you hit a deer, you could keep it and eat it. However, he needed to slit it's throat to bleed it properly. He ties the deer to the back of his truck and goes into a nearby convenience store and asks the guy at the counter for a knife. The guy hands him a dull carving knife. He returns to find the deer, only suffering from a broken leg, struggling to get free. He then proceeds to get in a long, bloody struggle to put the thing out of it's misery with the dull knife. Finally, he succeeds and returns to the convenience store to give back the knife. He hands it, dripping with blood to the guy and thanks him. The guy replies "You're welcome." and lets him walk out.
Crazy!

Lol, another bus accident. We were at this 3 way stop, the corner looked kinda like this > . us making a left. So it was good turn for a bus, though half way, my bus driver decides to gas it, spinning tires, and i smack my head on the window. Im like WTF, and I turn around, there is this Camero flying at about 90 MPH. I was like, o crap, is he gonna slow down? And surely, he DIDNT. First he tries to go around us, but there are cars, so he goes right, smacks into us, and spins out goind down the ditch. It was funny, we were 2 hours late. The same guy in the Camero drove by my house, so I had to point and laugh.

Oh and about those old pointy nose buses, those r the holy graile here, we got crap buses. Slipping trannys and bad brakes, still the best things around.
