Well first of all you need Photoshop (or Paint Shop Pro, but PS is better IMO).
Then you need some Photoshop skills. I learn this stuff at school so it's easy for me.
Then find a good large pic of a car and strart cutting and pasting body parts. The smudge tool is very handy to smooth the edges.
If you look back a couple of pages I wrote how to change the car colour.

drawing the pics
all rite, how do u make those wonderful pics?!!! I saw handrawn ones, 3D. computer-made...how do u do it?!!! i want to know, i mean, i'm a pretty good drawer on paper, but i suck at computer! what programs do u need, what files 2 download, how long does it take, SPECIAL FILES, tell me all...plz!!!!!!! ASAP, thx!
