NFSU2: Its all black?

hey ppl,

ive got a prob with NFSU2 where the game runs fine until it loads up a race. All i can see is the HUD and the lights on the cars, so i cant see where i am going!!!.

Ive tried changin my video display resolution as well as details level but it doesnt seem to help.

im running a radeon 9700 pro 128mb vid card with the Doom3 hotfix 8-05-040727a-017086E drivers.

Hmmm, I got this problem too in NFSU1... Try swtiching off the Light Trail effect, it worked out for me in NFSU1, and I hope it'll work in NFSU2 too.

I truly am sorry if my solution didn't work out...
