Where do you install the files for the Everything Unlocked Utility? What exactly do you have to do... make a new profile and...? Thanks!

are you sure you found something like that a "unlock things" tool ???
i just wanna get all unqiue performance upgrades.

PS. You cannot get all the performance upgrades, 1 choice per upgrade

I think he means something like from NFSU1 where you to unlock every part, upgrade, etc. no matter what. From what I know there's nothing like that just yet, but I'm sure there will be. Just be patient, the game was just released a few weeks ago so people are still trying to crack it

??? Look under the Underground2 menu, it says "Utils & Saves" and theres the "Everything Unlocked Save" And I'm wondering where you install it to to get it to work!?

well "Everthing unlocked save" its a savegame collection or somewhat.... i am figuring out how the hell to get all the unique performance. Recently i have read a guide where using the hex editor. from which offset to what offset = data of car 1, offset XXXX to offset XXXX = data of car 2 and so on....
heres the idea i got, start a game, just right before get the unique perfromance upgrade, save the game, make anoter copy of the savegame store somewhere else. continue the game,get the unique perfromance upgrade. after that save. Now you should have 2 copy of game. the before unique, the other one after unique. copy the after unique savegame car data overwrite into the before unique car data. replace "modified" savegame and start be game with the "modified" savegame loaded. then go for the unique upgrades again, got the second unique. Keep on repeating ......

what i afraid of is the savegame checksum i never try it out yet now just waiting to confirm the offset thing from someone.

Know what I would really like? Every visual upgrade unlocked from the start.

I wait until stage 5 to get Scissor doors and all I get is 2-3 lousy photoshoots to see them in action.
