After Game Replay Record

I been wondering how all of those Video Clip that show on the web which their displaying their replay.which my NFS-U does'nt have !!!!
where my Q is :
- how to bring out the replay or save replay video clip ?
- what software to use to create own design of Vinly and Decals ?

beside i play on Win2K got alot missing tiny graphic show while modify my skyline ....pls help

- What I know there are no replays in NFS U.

It also allows you to import DDS files back into the BIN file. You can only replace an exisiting texture, you CANNOT add a texture! oh.............that too bad ......wish can watch the action after game,
but i saw the latest video clip from the official website and the action is pretty good. i wish i known how to do that , so that u all can enjoy some new car action video clip.
