Is anyone upset that we can't play direct multiplayer with our friends? I know that we can "share" race days between each other and best our scores but is that it? Why won't they let us play with our friends in real time? Why only random people online? Kinda lame, but I'm still lovin' the game. If anyone knows a way to play with your friends in real time (I have PS3 version btw), let me know. Thanks.

Seriously?! I thought I saw split screen in one of the videos... That's EXTREMELY lame if it doesn't have split screen. That's one of the best parts of racing games...

They have a habit of putting in a car essentially twice just to take a a place in the car list. It was the same with MW the Pontiac GTO and the Vauxhall

So yeah, PS2 graphics suck and there is no visual damage, but gameplay and customization are fantastic. Split screen rocks, too. It was surprisingly cheap ($30 USD), but that's probably about right for as pitiful as the graphics are compared to the other platforms.

I really like the variable assists, especially in multiplayer, so I can let my brother drive on Casual and I can drive on King and we will be about even. I LOVE the clutch feature. Brilliant. It makes drag twice as fun and I haven't even tried it with my wheel yet. Plus, you can now use clutch kicks to get the car sideways in drift :D .

The menus are retardedly difficult to navigate and make sense of. And the whole race day thing is very confusing to me. Unfortunately for me, I only like the rock music, so any European races drive me crazy with the music.

Need to play it more to say anything further.

NFS ProStreet is the biggest flop EA have made in the NFS franchise, the graphic isn't that good at all even in the highest settings and the driving/game feeling is poor. I'm glad i got my retail copy for free in a contest, so i haven't lost any money on a bad game.

Anyone know if PS will work with a 64-bit XP system? I had some problems trying to play the demo (i.e., black screen at beginning but the audio coming through with no video) when it came out. I had to download/uninstall/reinstall about 3-4 times before it worked right. I have a recommended video card and my specs are up to par. Didn't think if my 64-bit system had to do with it til now.

Found this on an EA forum.

Credit goes to pkollberg82

HE forgot to underline the delta, nsx, DB9, veyron, RS4, and the gallardo just to name a few. IF EA gives us these cars later, which i find stupid, it'll put the car list past 70 cars which they said.

Damn.. Im guessing i have to upgrade my pre order to the collectors edition in order to get the extra cars, well ill do that today seeing that i don't wanna spend 800cr just by a upgrade.

in most wanted you could find 350z files, so some of those could have been used for sounds

Nah coz them files are in the CARS folder so that would mean it is content, if it had anything to do with sound it would be under sounds or something rather. Thats why when people noticed the 350Z in CARS folder on most wanted they thought that it was content but it was a unfinished car seeing that it had a vinyls.bin located in it. :)

I hope they release a download content for PC. Is there even a CE for PC? I just hope they can eventually be uploaded to share among users. Bloody EA, if the car ain't making it into the game remove the folder so ppl don't sit here and speculate.

Yeah there is a Collectors edition for PC except ive never seen or heard about it or anything, not even from my ebgames. Though for people who buy the standard edition on PC there is bound to be a hack or sumthin like most wanted which unlocks those cars. :)

As for those cars i belive it will be content since that TDU had the same thing... :)
