You really love to take things out of context, don't you Carcrazy? Everyone here is trying to warn you about having a powerful car as your first, not wish you a gritty death. You must be a rather cynical person to interpret my comment in that way. We all have experience on the roads, so even if we sound like party poopers you should probably think it over, at the very least.

The saying "respect your elders" was penned for a reason. I'm not saying that you have to do it, but I do and it serves me well.

Also, why are you trying to rub shoulders with Haz? He's not exactly supporting you here. From what I can gather it's quite the opposite.

I'm just watching and and wondering what is going on here... LOLing abit but in all honesty abit sad inside that we got a other 14yo KID who thinks he knows everything and can do everything without any problems....

I know for a fact that the people that are telling that getting a 600+ HP RWD sports car is not a good Idea (or what ever way they said it) is not to sound jalous and/or parental and tall that.
They just want to warn you that a high powered sports car is a potential death trap, and the people here don't want to see you be killed because you accidently skid and hit let's say a tree.
Any car is a potential killer cause even at speeds like 50 mph a small slide can easely be fatal.
Cars are not toys...

And @ Stig: Yeah, I got that... I told him anything would have to be tunable from the cabin, AKA Boost, with a simple boost controller, so if I ever want to go to a trackmeet, I can just drive down and turn it up. I would never drive a 600hp car 30 miles to and from school, especially with little experience. :P

I can't believe this, the experienced bunch of the forum users getting their feathers ruffled by a troller. It's obvious he's lying, who in their right mind would give a 600bhp car to a kid, let alone with all the stories he comes up with. At his age, I'm sure he even has trouble controlling his toothbrush.

Anyway, to go ahead and change the subject, this caught my eye while on another forum I've been going to lately...
OCZ XTC Memory Cooler
Seems like a cool, and much needed add-on... although it's a shame it's chromed out aluminum would cover up the chromed out aluminum finish on my OCZ Memory's heatsinks... :lol:

I'm glad that the forums here don't have strict rules when posting pics of your car...

NFSCars.net has member rides forums, but for some really stupid reason in order to post your car pics you need to have a piece of paper on the window saying NFSCars.net....too bad if you're posting an MY05 Rex that's already been sold before you actually know about the forums.....

Wow, that's probably one of the coolest watches I've ever seen. Uselessly large and will probably take some time (no pun intended) to get used to reading, but definitely cool. Nice purchase.

Ah yes...I was afraid that someone was gonna make a comparison like this, and to my eternal shame, the watch is from the 'Pimp' series :oops: They did have a gold version but interestingly it was cheaper than the black version...

And trust me Porsche, this watch is very easy to decipher, least it's much easier than a binary watch.

Think it's how shiny the red parts are? Only down-side I see to them...
That and the shox's design makes it look kinda funky, but they're only running shoes... I have a crappy $20 from the Air-Force base for everyday, another $20 or so pair for work (torn the heck up lol,) and I'm hoping to get another NIKEiD pair just for show... :lol:

WOW! I spotted something rather amazing for the two other W.A users on this forum :lol: ...

SO... I can finally get my car registered under WA plates, from the current QLD ones. There's actually a limit of 6 months to keep the old state plates, and I've had mine on for over a year and a half. So I'm technically breaking the law each day I drive, despite still paying more to register my car then everyone else in WA #-o .

Best of all, this means you can purchase any 2nd-hand car in Australia, and not have to worry about it getting pulled over the pits for inspection. This makes me a happy chappy :D :D . I no longer have to visit those annoying jerks at the pits for the 10th time.

btw, Awesome watch Bashderq... I never would have thought of that.

Edit: Oh, more jacoja news; From today on I finally own a full drivers licence... no more 'P' plates, which is good. :)

Holy Cow, I just got my Zalman PSU in (YAY), and I knew modular cabling would help my air cooling, but damn, I didn't think it'd be by this much! :lol:

My Idle has actually been lowered to about 42, (used to be 45,) and my max load temp has fallen from about 76 to 74... :P
