i finally hit 170,000 in one drift!!! argh about time too bad i forgot to take the pic....

im still nothing comapred to u fellas....

I got over 675,000 tonight with 4 laps on track 6..using the Mazda miata..maxxed out..

i see the trend in here is to post for 10 laps of this track...

well i'd better go see what i can do in 10 laps!...

i'll post my score when i get it.

Heres my single continuous drift for track 6. Almost 10 laps in my RX-7. (This is on my Xbox). My total was about 1200000+.

okay those out there getting scores on xbox and ps2. forget it its so much easier on them than on computer. try using a keyboard!. i use a miata because im used to it and i drive around the track slowing down and accelerating out of the corners letting go of the accelerator for each turn to stop from spinning out of control then acelerating to keep it going, so its basically acellerate, letgo continously.

also these are what the screenshots look like for totals and best single drifts.

to get the best single drifts it has to be done on track 6 as it is i think the longest and easiest to do the whole lap without hitting anything, and when you get into a grove you can get the best line and go for ages. anyone who says there are cheaters for drift i thing are losers, just think about what your saying, how the hell can you cheat at drift? you don't get high scores for speed or finishing quickly its all skill. what sort of cheat would they use?

just trust me if you practice with one car and on one or two tracks for even just a couple of hours you will start to see your scores go up and then you will get a feel for the track, the line to take the speed to take each corner at, and then you can concentrate on keeping it going for 10 laps without one crash to get a high score.

There are cheaters in drifting, the get much more score than normal per second.

And I think track 2 is the best drifttrack.

ok mine was in a s2k 2 laps on trak 2 top score of 200k longest was 50k..if u think thats bs i raced a guy who got 400k and the 400k was the longest..he didnt stop..he just wooped my butt all over the screen..i swear on my p4 i aint lying..

If you put stabilitie control off you can drift on 2 wheels for the realy big points. And another extra points if you drift in the bonus zone on 2 wheels.
Then pick drift level 1 and 10 rounds and try to keep the car on 2 wheels in the bonus zone for as long as you can if you can to this 10 rounds long. Then you can get a score of 200k with no problem. But you need a lot of practice for this to keep on 2 wheels i know i had to practice a long time to get that under control.

Easiest: Impreza - stock tires, track 2 10 laps, learn the corners and you can easily drift around the whole track. I know you have to use an ugly car, but you can also try the eclipse with stock tires, which is nearly as good.

I can drift track 2 for 10 laps with my RX-7, and nearly 10 laps on track 6. It's harder to do all ten if you are going for the bonus zones.

Just try as much if you can to stay in the bonus zone if you can't just don't if you still can keep on drifting without the bonus zone it's not that much of a problem but your score is gona be lower then if you keep in de bonus zone.

Here's my new single continuous drift score (total was 1574334). This is the best score I have seen. It's on track 6 with the RX-7, and about 9 laps of continuous drifting. I don't have to keep playing NFS:U so much now!

Really? I feel kind of bad now. I felt that way when people were getting 800000+ scores, but I was able to mod my RX-7 to get it to drift easily. Someone will definitly beat that soon, wouldnt be surprised if that was you. It has been fun (sometimes) competing for the best drift, I dont think Ive ever played a game so damn much. Thanks and I hope to see you and your drifting Eclipse soon!

ok benny b im feeling mighty good tonight so im going to try and beat you. i feel all i need to do is get a 10 lapper on track 6 and i should get close. i just got the top speed record (for drag at 393km/h! and i just went sub 19s on drag for the first time so im feeling good. im going to spend the rest of the night going for this record i'll keep you informed. btw i'll be using computer and keyboard. alot harder than console and console controller!

Fine, go buy it on console then, just don't complain. I don't trust computers cause everyone is cheating and getting very low drag times online. But I just want to have fun and play this game. I'm on my fifth profile and I can't stop playing.

and i don't know what your on about with cheats for drift

how the hell can you cheat at drift? its probally the only one in the game you can't cheat at. unlimited nos don't help or no blown engine and there the only cheats ive heard of that can be used in the game although i have no clue where people get them from.

anyway im giving up i would never be able to get that close. i got 8 laps on level 6 last night for 1million single drift but then i hit the stupid wall on the first corner hairpin. its so frustrarting!!!

it is possible to cheat at drifting...........i saw the technique posted somewhere. the way it wirked was by hold certain buttons at a certain point and you would be able to drift round the whole track constantly

I never said anything about cheating in drift. I meant most people get lower times in drag because of lag online and some people just outright cheat. BTW was the sub-19 drag score online or offline, cause I never know.
