Technically, it is.

US$1 = SGD$1.51

It's not that much of a difference actually. It's just that Singapore has their way of making car prices way beyond what they originally cost.

Ah it's been a big week. Dropped school, got a full-time job (granted its just more hours at Maccas but it's better than nothing. 11 bucks an hour it is for the moment), bought Resistance 2 (which utterly pwns btw Stereo) and partly fixed the engine-noise-in-the-stereo problem in the Skyline. But I'm going to go to my local audio store and get it properly fixed, and I have now decided that I'm not going to be buying a new car, rather getting some more bits for the 'Line.

So it finally happened - I got a speeding ticket, this morning, for going 80 in a 65 zone. Though, to be perfectly honest, I'm kinda surprised it's taken this long.

Hah. I got my first speeding ticket after two months of driving. 80 in a 35 zone. The officer wrote 44 on the ticket b/c he didn't want to arrest me.

That sucks, man. At least you can take online traffic school to get it off your record. I got away with speeding around for about a year and a half, then I got two speeding tickets within a couple months of each other. Sucked. At least now I know where the highway patrol cars like to hang out between school and home.
