well, the thing is, they think im a drug addict. thats not good. plus, i dont want to giv up my lunch times. anyway, i went all day yesterday, till about 7pm, and all day today, untill i go out, without having a ciggie. i think im doing well without their help.

there was a gal down the field who was 11, nearly 12 buy cigs today. we refused to seel any to her because we think she is way to young to get addicted.

You know what I found funny? The surgeon's note on cigarette adds...
Surgeon wrote:Qutting smoking now reduces the risk of disease.
Or something to that affect. Anyway, when I first read it I was like, "It never did before?? :| "

I was just wondering, does the government put health warnings on cigarette packs in other countries? Here in Aus we get big black and white messages that take up 1/3 of the pack.

They say stuff like SMOKING WILL HARM YOUR BABY etc. and soon they are going to put on graphic images of cancer and gum diseases . . . :!:

I think i have seen health warnings on ciggy packs overseas, not any graphic images though. It'll be interesting to see if the rest of the world follows Aussie's new anti-ciggy campaign.

Plenty of countries I've visited have no warnings at all. Not to mention the fact that you can usually pick up a pack for around 1 AUD versus the 10-15 AUD Aussies pay back home.

Here in Finland both front and back of the packs are filled with warnings.
Only the top and the sides of the packs are "normal".

they also have black and white warnings on the front and back of the packets here aswell. but we have stickers that you can stick over them which look the same, but they say stuff like 'my gran is 99 and has been smoking since she was 16!' etc.

Actually, you shouldn't have smoked in the first place so that you wouldn't have wasted this space for a post.
