Now that I fixed it, I enjoy using my laptop more than my PC, since I can browse the net, and watch movies and play games without being in my room, which is full of in use computers(gets really hot up there).

Image
Laptop specs:
HP Pavilion ZE4420US
15 inch HP ZE5170 screen, the original was cracked when i got it.
8X DVD Rom Drive, 24X CD Rom: Was broke too, this came out of a Compaq 1690
AMD Athlon XP 2200 (1.8GHZ)
256 MB PC2100, upgrading to 512
ATI Rage 320 IGP 64MB
Buttons on top of the keyboard, power button, and TouchPad toggle button light up neon blue.
Oh yea, 40GB of HD space, which is plenty for me.
Dlink DWL650 Wireless network card.
This thing goes almost 4 hours on full battery, when im not playing a video game.
I traded a guitar that was worth $100 for this laptop that is worth around $1000 brand new.

PC Specs:
P4 2.4GHZ 533mhz FSB
768MB RAM 533mhz fsb
GeForce 5200 128MB
52X CD RW drive(no dvd, this is where my laptop comes in handy).
19 inch Hitachi LCD.
Thats my gaming PC. Since I like my laptop better, I don't spend loads of cash to make my computer look cool. Its just the original Black HPD220M case.

My system Specs :
Intel P4 2.80gHz 533mHz FSB
512MB Ram (upgrading to 1.0 GB whenever I get enough $$)
Nvidia GeForce4 MX4000 64MB PCI
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
Altec Lansing 2100 2.1 Speaker system

I was originally going to get a 3.0gHz processor but I realized I couldn't afford it so I got the 2.8gHz one and it serves me fine for games. It came with intergrated audio and video which I upgraded sometime last year.

I dont have the money, If I get a payrise before the end of the year expect a duel-core processor, the newer ASUS model and a pair of 7800GTX's to play with

SLI works well, despite what people say. Running both at a 200MHz overclock, it will outperform the same setup on ATI Radeon X800 for half-life 2, which is tastey.
Pity its so expensive.

Paying an extra $400 just for SLI isnt that important to me, for just 10 extra FPS. :?

i'm slowly upgrading my system, heres wat i've got atm:

2.66Ghz P4
512 DDR SDRAM - (gonna get another stick soon)
80 Gb hard drive - (inserting 120 Gb so i can have 200)
256mb ATi 9600 Pro - (up from my crappy 64mb integrated)
CD-RW & DVD-RW
17" monitor

besides SLI is pretty pointless..there's no game yet that fully utilises its powers and functions..and its just too bloody big!
