Of course...I've seen it the first minute it came out on the site. It's just that, I couldn't post all the new information since I just came back home from my trip today and decided to "revive" this thread.

EDIT: I decided to update this thread with the latest information:
There is a new preview:
http://pc.ign.com/articles/727/727275p1.html
...with gameplay videos:
http://media.pc.ign.com/media/823/823989/vids_1.html (also check page 2)

Also, the full official site is now up here:
http://www.ea.com/cc/tiberium/
...with a lot of new goodies...

Who cares... you don't want to try aiming at some tiny spec on the screen do you?
I know I wouldn't like to.

zoom function fixes that. it just annoys me that men are the size of 2 story houses and tanks take up entire 4-lane highways. see where i'm going with this? it just ain't right lol.

I don't know..............Too much futuristic.
I would have liked if the new C&C was more like Zero Hour.
But it all depends on gameplay............

No, thank goodness it doesn't look too much like Generals. Generals was a disgrace to the C&C brand. It is unworthy of the C&C name and you are forgeting the game does take place in the future.

Anyways, demo is planned :D:

EDIT (August 30, 2006):
Check out this amazing art work of either the new NOD Avatar Mech or the new Cyborg Commando (it is unknown yet what it is):

An interview which does reveal a lot about the game and its progress:

Ok, I'm definately not letting this thread die because I believe C&C3 is a great game everyone should be looking forward too.

There have been numerous updates, including 2 new podcasts and blog posts (at the official site): http://www.commandandconquer.com

5 new pictures at IGN (featuring diverse environments):

Ok, a lot has been updated on this game but since nobody on the board actually cares too much about the game, I will only provide the best details:

New site:
http://www.commandandconquer.com/

Demo is out:
http://forums.cncnz.com/viewtopic.php?p=106534#106534
(Plenty of mirrors)

Just a side note, I have played it...it is awesome. Ladies and gentlemen (well, mostly gentlemen), this is the return of the classic C&C.

P4 at 3.0 Ghz (HT)
1 GB RAM
BFG 6600GT OC at 128 MB

I shall post some screenshots of the demo later. The system is decent for the game. I am running at 800x600 with graphics ranging from Medium to High. It looks good and plays well on the system, especially for a demo.

Like I've said, you do not need a monster PC to enjoy this game and I really recommend getting it. It seems like EA has finally done something right. By the way, the videos are amazing in HD. The only downside was that I had some out of sync audio in some scenes.

I just got my new comp shipped to my front door, 2.8ghz processor(2 CPU's), 2gb of RAM and the whatever graphics card they put in the top of the line Dell computers. Runs Supreme Commander fine, so hopefully C&C will be a breeze.

I played the demo to C&C and the full game of Supreme Commander.

Over all, C&C is just a more fun game (and looks more polished aswell)

I have the other Command & Conquer Generals games, but this 3rd one looks a bit to advanced and futurish. I liked the older one cuz you could find billions of mods for it. I'm only going to buy this one if mods and maps comme out for it.

The other Generals games? Oh...my...God...please don't tell me you base your whole opinion of the C&C franchise based on that game.

First of all, there was only ONE Generals game.

Second of all, it is considered to be THE WORST C&C game (It works as a separate RTS game with a different name but it has nothing to do with the C&C universe).

Third of all, Tiberium Wars happens in the future. The Tiberium Universe always took place in the future (in relation to the date released). And I presume that if you think Tiberium Wars is futuristic, then you've never played Tiberian Sun (one of THE best C&C games out there, along with Red Alert 2).

Generals is a part of the C&C universe but was developed entirely differently. I hated it.

Tiberian Sun was O K. The expansion pack was garbage.

Overall, RA2 has had to be Westwoods finest release ever.

RA 1 however was beaten to death with stupid addon packs.

I never said it's not part of the C&C universe. I said it has nothing to do with the rest of the C&C universe.

But...but...the fight against CABAL!!!

Yes, I loved RA2 too. By the way, do you know any way how to make LAN work in XP for RA2? The game doesn't detect my network card (This happened on my laptop and on a computer).
