not really
i just think it would look better if you removed them on certain areas, such as: the logo, and the car part in the BG

scanlines can be pretty cool, if applied carefully

It looks quite good sushy. As a suggestion try lowering the opacity on the layer on top of the backgroud so you can see everything a little easier.
