These are some pretty nice cars. (love the brabus)

But i dont think they'd make good cop cars. If some of these were real, it would be quite pathetic. I mean, yeah you might catch up to a criminal quite fast but do you think a cop would take the risk of damaging his lovely sports car in a pursuit? I dont think so!

They'd be great for show though. I reckon they could scare a couple of drivers too!

Do they use them as pursuit cars or something?

Nope, they're just press cars usually.
There are some rather mental pursuit cars though. The German Police run M5's and 4-door E36 M3's. We have a number of imported Evo IX MR wagons and high-spec Imprezas.

ive seen a couple of corvette's before in california. here in the US the widely known crown vic is being replaced by more superior chargers, bad thing since i can practicaly spot a crown vic from a mile away now the chargers just kind of sneak up on ya when going down the road

Chargers and Impalas. The Crown Vics will still be around years from now, though, they're not all gong to be replaced.

Cop cars are boring in Australia. They're mainly Holden Commodores (also known as JAFOCs and Common-w***es) and Ford Falcons. Nothing special about that, eh?

In Aus that's ALL we see. You'd think that they'd have some variety like in Europe.

I mostly see the Monaro Highway Patrol cop cars, and Commodore.
Although the "undercover" cops used to use the Series I Acclaim. Back when it was new.
My mate has one of their ex-models. It keeps breaking down.

Well, to be honest, I find it just OK. I see Subaru on the roads everyday, so it's like nothing to me. I haven't seen any live pursuits just yet. It'd be fun to witness it though! :D :D :D
