Totally new style for me!!!
WIP
Still needs a little bit of work, but I am glad I found a nice format that can hande the transperency!
EDIT
I finished but it's WAY over limit size... if anyone could compress this for me somehow, I would be greatly appreciative!

FINAL ENTRY
The car is the Porsche 911 GT3 RSR race car. I think they use it in Grand Prix challenges. If it isn't a pro racing car and isn't accepted, it was fun making it.

Carcrazy, after having a look at your WIP, I saw a lot of unnecessary artifacts throughout the sig, particularly above and below the car, and you could save a lot of file space wasted on dithering by not feathering all the edges.
-EDIT-
I had a go at it.
I would advise adding a border where the car is cropped.

Ya, I wish i could crop that well, but when I try to do a smooth cut like that, it always becomes uneven.. and because I'm still getting used to the path creator in gimp, It would end up lookign bad aswell... which is why i always use fuzzy brushes.
Anyway... S2k was able to shrink my origional .png (which I was unsucessfull at myself)
Also, thanks to Hazmat!
