I'd say you need a 64-bit PC with a dx10 fully supported vpu to handle the game smoothly . . will cost you around a PS3 and an HD TV XD . . . . . . and where's the demo? . . it was supposed to be out by now :S

Why would you NOT want there to be a Collector's Edition? :|

Because it leaves features out of the normal "poor man's" version. Just have one universal version like every other game franchise...

And how do you know you need a 64bit PC with DX10? EA didn't even release the game specs and also i think that 32bit (aka X86) PC with DX9 card (Raddeon 9600Pro and up and nVidia 6600 and up) will do just fine, and i am basing my thoughts on previous NFS games like Carbon where you could of just had a GeForce FX5200 and still play the game on Low.

PS: I highlighted my justification just so you don't think i am contradicting myself.

Why would you NOT want there to be a Collector's Edition? :|
-because you spend more money
-its for a special disk that you don't want
-therefore you spend money for exclusive ingame content
-one version is better than the other
-it would only be exclusive to 2 or 3 systems

If you're an NFS fan I doubt you'd mind forking out a little extra cash for the Collector's Edition. I know I did for NFSMW. ;)

That's just stupidity... the only reason I purchased the Black Edition was because it was the only version that was even in stock at the store.
