NFS Undercover: possible trailer leak?

I think those pieces will be revealed in that date...

This seems a real change in the NFS series tho. Not seen in other game...

Also, more support for it being NFS Undercover is that if this happens to be a game (or part of it), the Porsche 911 on the calendar would mean that it has to be from EA, since they have exclusive rights.

And I can definitely get used to the idea of having Maggie Q in it.

Hey Guys, I just saw the video and it looks pretty interesting. I just wanted to clear up something. So on July 30, 2008, Will EA officially announce NFS: Undercover and if this is true, I am guessing we will have more info on the game.

Your Thoughts?

Also just by looking at that video, it does have some taste of MW. I didn't see any cops, but I hope they are gona be in there. The cops always make things interesting. Also if the game is gona be based on the "Transporter Movie," then there will be cops.

Those numbers (86 33 72 68 37) spell out "undercover" on your phone...try it. Put your phone on predictive and check it out

EDIT- Look at the numbers on the bottom, it looks like a time, but try subtracting 8 from 20...that makes 12. It might be a quincidince, but there is only 12 weeks until November 18th.

Plus if you add up all the numbers (0+8+2+0+0+8) it adds up to 18...another quincidnce?

There's a 99% chances that there's a announcement of this on July 30th. I have 2 theories:

1) This could be a NFS Show OR the movie itself.
2) NFS: Undercover story preview, teaser or whatever you call it.

I'll keep investigating if anything goes.

I've been trying to access to the FTP site and there's nothing new (recently updated 2008). So my guess is that they have all the info really hidden. There aren't even signs of Pro Street files.

Good one johnny_yuan, I've saw those videos in the web and I have to say that this has to be NFS related, and more like to Undercover.

The girl in one scene says: "If you go under...you're on your own"

I don't know but I think in NFS Undercover we will assume the role of a cop and / or a streetracer.

Underground 2= Worst Need for Speed ever made
Why do you really like U2? For the rice ability even on Mustang and GTO, or because of the SUV having races with a top speed of 150km?
Why really is U2 boring? URL races, worst than the older but greater Underground in terms of gameplay,tuning,eyecandy and mostly fun, and crappy story.
Same goes for Carbon to Most wanted. The only shiznit better they have were some cars.

The only thing it wasn't original was the background of most of the shops and that cartoonish render. The other things are the same lol

Anyways, i agree with stiggy in the fact that this hasn't been seen in any previous NFS except ProStreet viral marketing. It's like a real action movie!

My guess is as it follows: The dude in that interrogation room has to be a streetracer who is being questioned by police about what's going on in an investigation. The girl who seems to be a cop is preparing somehow a "trap" to the guys who are contrabanding something...It could be something BIG. So maybe we are cops this time that go undercover and try to figure out what's happening in a possible mafia. Or this is a tremendous plan from one side to deal with something. I will explain: imagine the cop girl handling the two groups, illegals and cops to her own purpose. Who knows? It could be a good idea.

Heck, all this stuff is pretty amazing; if EA has a talent for anything, it's creating hype.

@Transformer: ...huh? That doesn't make sense to me, especially considering the different tone between Death Race and NFS. If the next NFS is based off of Death Race, I'm probably going to flat-out give up on the series - it'll have been the last straw.
