Hood Decals

I was suprised in NFSU1, and also for U2, that you couldn't/can't put vinyls or decals on carbon hoods. Or even Decals on upgraded hoods. Only some of the unique vinyls appeared. I mean they are just stickers...aren't they? Why couldn't you put them, well, basically anywhere?

an awasome place to put decals would be on the rear bumpers... but it wouldnt do me any good to be thinking about them if they arent gonna be fixed, or are they? man this sucks

Those screenshots that we saw about a month or 2 are very tempting... That's why we're tempted to buy NFSU2, and we don't get what we've been filled with... That sucks!
