now high stakes, i don't know that one you're right

but hot pursuit 2 i thought was a pretty bad game, with just driving (no customization) but the driving seemed really slow. driving was just boring in that game. the cars were awesome though

nfs goes back much further then Hot Pursuit 2....
IMO NFS 4 High Stakes was the best NFS game... the best thing.. to be able to build (with 3D programs) your own cars and import them to the game...
yeah it wasn't a real customizing game... but you had the option to upgrade your car in 3 stages...
and the best thing was that the car building community was big and they made awsome cars... the models looked better then the NFS U1/2 bodys...
the only thing was that it did not have such advanced light options and other gfx things

now see i played for ps2, and couldn't make my own cars obviously but i did see a page on this site where you could download cars others built and it really looked awesome

There are hundreds of cars that could be downloaded that have amazing detail. I just wish there would be a way to properly play it on XP. Also, High Stakes is 4th NFS...there was The Need for Speed, Need for Speed 2 and Need for Speed 3 - Hot Pursuit (with first ever cops). I would love if they made High Stakes 2 too. It would be amazing if they bring back all the neat features and not lock the code so consumers could make their own cars. I bet there would be some amazing creators out there that would make some killer-detailed cars. Ah.....dreams and only dreams.

Man...shut up. It's people like you that give EA crazy ideas...like the SUVs. NFS is strictly a car...well truck too in Underground 2...racing game. I just pray that they will go back to supercar racing but it doesn't seem so. I says that there were a lot of components that could not be added to the first two Underground game that will be revieled. I want supercars!!!!

they should make a nfs where you can tune both tuner cars (eclipse, supra ect.) and exotic sport cars (corvette, porsche 911 ect) like in nfsu2...

Simple, race your modiied supra against stock ferraris. Itd turn up about even.
Seeing as adding Nos to a muscle/supercar would be ridiculous, modifications on non-tuner cars should be limited.

if you fully mod out a supra it would be much faster than a ferrari (a stock one)... but there arent as much performance parts avaliable for ferrari's than supras ect.
So the end result would be probably be about even...
