They're against the rules.

Delete it or next time Im gonna upload a 1Mb pic, since it looks pretty better than after resizing it down to 130Kb.

I dont want to look like a complaining child, but seriously my 130Kb pic looks crappier after the resizing operation. It's not fair.

BTW Im not participating in the Summer challenge, so Im not doing this to get my car better ranked or whatever.
