Ah . . . it's just a font
someone was asking for MW style fonts in another thread and I thought it looked pretty cool so I downloaded it.
Then I stroked it, filled the holes, put a fat red drop shadow on it and did the rest by hand.
Glad you guys like it
Edit: it was inspired by some guys in my IT class who do a lot of this graffiti type artwork.
