Cheers! Yeah, they do look pretty nice in the flesh. We just got it today, so here a picture just after we drove it home:
It'll really take some getting use to. It's like a computer on wheels compared to the Celica I own. :)

Ah. I thought I saw it on the road yesterday but the one I saw was the same colour as the original pic you posted. Just as well I couldn't catch it in peak hour traffic and embarrass myself by waving wildly at the occupants.. :P

At least you kinda know who you'll be waving at this time. Last time I waved at you, you gave me a complete blank look :P .

Why get the 328i? The 330i is almost exactly the same price and a good slab more powerful. I like the E90 though. I would have bought a 335d or 335i if I hadn't got such a good offer on the Audi (now nicknamed project Smokey)

The 135i is very small, though. Really not suitable for 4 fully grown adults. Lovely car though.

I'd argue the 335i is almost as good as an M3.

The 330d is what I heard and read a very nice car.
Last week 5th gear drove it around a track at a trackday, and it did rather well keeping up with a E36 M3 (no knowledge of the driver of the M3)

wait 5th gear did that? hahaha didn't top gear do the same thing last season? that's really not cool.

yah but still the 328i is still fun to drive great handling and gives a good kick i left a Mazda 6 in my rear view yesterday did 140..which was funny cause they say the car goes to 155 but seems like when i hit 5th gear my rpm's dropped back to 5k and just stayed not wanting to move for a bit. (its a 6gear car)

No offence, but the way B<Ws have looked recently... ](*,)

I've always supported Mercedes over BMW, and Audi over both. I reckon that the S5 owns the 325i over and over again...

Even the Audi A5 3.0d (IMO) beats the 330d...

(again, this is just from a technical and looks point of view, as I've never driven any...)
oh snap
