He means: How do you turn the front wheels when they are taking up the entire wheel arch?

Try adding a bit of radius on the wheels to make it look like it is moving as the way it is situated looks like it needs it

The spoiler is a major no-no. Could you change it to something simpler and add an inch to the rims?
