streekG: the australian version shows kW on the dyno?!??!? i want that... my US version uses horsepower

really? oh, well living in australia, i always change games speedos from MPH into KPH, and that also changes other things, so... maybe if you change from miles to kilometres, you will get kilowatts instead of hp on the dyno... just a suggestion... always worth a try

Has anyone found that towards the end of completing career mode you have way to much spare cash? i'm on about 80% and have $190,000 and a full garage with all the cars fully modded and i have nothing to spend my money on.

i just wanted to ask a question since u seem have good knowledge of KW, is there any difference between them or the both are same.
for example if my car is 367 KW it means its equal 267 HP?

1 kilowatt = 1.341022 hp

the inverse would be:
1 hp = 0.7456999 kilowatt

GP: according to my calculatoions, 367KW = 492.1551 hp . .. discrepancies? who knows. horsepower is such a nonaccurate nonprecise figure anyway

if im correct, the US version has the Civic and RSX, and the European version has the Vauxhall Corsa and the Puegot 106

my trueno broke into the 10s!! let me upload a screenshot... http://tinypic.com/mlul0 ....she's putting down about 186kW.... but who really knows since we're just dividing torque*rpm by 5252 to get "horsepower"

anyway, let's not let this thread turn into a horpower discussion. if anyone wants to discuss this any further, please make a new thread and let us know... i imagine GP wouldn't mind talking more about htis, and neither would i.

some cars might not turn well under acceleration, try let off then turn, and dont forget to use your brakes.
