Why don't you resize it to 800by600 1024by768 and 1280by960 and send it in then i will upload it in to the wallpaper section so people can rate it.

It looks pretty good, 9 layers u sure, anyway again it looks nicely ripped and the smudge effect behind the cars blend in nicely with the blurry effect, I'd give u 10/10

The layers were actually 11. (mistake, not 9) And I didn't use any smudge effect. It was just a copy layer of cars motion bluured and put behind main car. Smudge is probably not possible for that kind of effect.
