A Ford GT, or a GT40? I would crap my pants if you saw a GT40 on the road.

Might well be a GT40 replica. A friend of a friend has built on with a blueprinted LS1 engine.

Heh. Talking about GT40's...
A friend of mine was at one of his rich friend's party.
They apparently had the only GT40 in Finland in their garage with the classic baby blue/orange paintjob.

Yeah, the replica is baby blue/orange and fully decalled. Built from moulds of the original pannels, with BBS Magnesium GT series alloys and that blueprinted LS1, it was significantly faster than the original. Something obscene like 3.5s 0-60.

For anyone thats interested, most GT40 replicas (the moulds at least) are built directly behind one of the UKs biggest SX tuners. :P

The Audi R8 is not that special, ok it's the most "special" audi but that's basicly it.
It is not the supercar like it is in NFS Carbon, the R8 is overhyped in the game.

Audi R8 has been built to compete with the Porsche 911. So, as The Stig says, it is nothing that special.

It's certainly NOT better than any McLaren :D

Look at the driver's head in the Carerra GT picture. so demented. Welcome to photoshop. :)

EDIT: And the wheels on the CCR were copied and pasted BADLY. You can see the real outline behind the back wheel, and the wheels are way blurrier than the pic.
