Just get an image that is 550 pixels wide, 120 pixels high, and 50 KB's in size and put it between the [img][/img] tags.

@ NFS forever: Upload your image that you want in your sig (550x120 Pixels and 50kb) to an image hosting site (I recomend PhotoBucket.com or ImageShack.us). The use the image link given to you and add the address between the image tags ([IMG] /[IMG]) in your sig.
