New car?, want more performance or Looks? Come here and ask!
OK I have met the owner of the 206. Well, not exactly, I have met his sister who is actually the driver of the car (now I understand the rear bumper thing lol)
She told me she is fixing it on September (the garage is closed now). The engine is 1.6 110hp. It has a ECU and some more things (his brother will tell me... ) WTF.
I drived it myself. Wow! The car goes damn well even without the ECU. She has unisntalled it from the car since she is a novice driver hehe. Well, the price is something between 8,000 and 10,000€, we will discuss lol. The dude has spent about 18,000€ on it so I guess it's not a too bad price.
Anyway I would go to a friend's garage and do a total review of this 206 before getting it lol.

sparco you are talking about safety... with the mirrors... but if I where you..
I would not replace the steering wheel unless you want to loose your airbag.. and the costs to place a steering wheel and deactivate the airbag isn't cheap also...
I understand the other parts but if I where you... I would keep the steeringwheel stock...
but it is your safety

i just sold my prelude
i am looking at a 350z cuz cars are so damn cheap in georgia. but then again i would have to pay a whopping 500 a year for student parking. if i get the Z i'm gonna add power by puting on a twin turbo kit that comes with turbos intercooler filters and tubing for like 8,500, this little project is becoming way to expensive, i wish i would have kept my prelude![Crying or Very sad ](./images/smilies/icon_cry.gif)

For me, its OEM+ all the way, none of this big sound system, phat rims and 10k paintjob crap.
I really want a E46 Model M3, but at 24k second hand, its gonna be a while before i can ditch my 'rado.
Even though I love it...no external modifications minus rubber sealing strips removed and a hybrid Jabbasport intercooler, M3-style lights (front and rear, with front Angel Eyes) and some tasty 18" Neuspeed RS10's.
Its the engine work my money went into, besides a bit of updating inside (Golf Rallye half-leathers and a little re-trimming).
Stage 4 Jabbasport 'chargecooler, Neuspeed G-Laden upgrade kit, samco hoses, intercooler, Neuspeed chip and pulley and Cabonico Cold Air Intake and Mass Flow Meter, new 4/2/1 manifold and Blue Flame exhaust
Pictures coming soon...

I looked at 17's but they didnt look quite right. The alloys on it at the moment are RS10 18x8 fronts and 18x9 rears, as Neuspeed don't do any wider. The car's only been dropped 20mm front and rear on FK Automotive sports springs, any lower an 18's would rub on the arches. Tyres are 215/35/18ZR's by Khumo.
As a point of interest, Golf MK 2/3's, on which the Corrado chassis was based, can take 19's without arch extentions, and I have seen a gullwing Golf V GTI conversion on 20" BBS Challenges without arch modifications,
I more meant 'phat rims' like people who stick 20's on a Corsa, or spinners on anything.
And RWD all the way.
